1. Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made via our website, third-party platforms (BookMyShow, Paytm, Zomato District, etc.), over the phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
Pricing is dynamic and may vary based on:
Number of participants
Day of the week (weekday/weekend/holiday rates)
Age of the participant
Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
Slots are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
By playing the game, participants automatically become part of our Loyalty Program managed by Reelo.
2. Arrival Time & Game Start
Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session.
A briefing is conducted before the game; late arrivals may lead to shortened game time or forfeiture without refund.
All participants are required to share their name, phone number, email ID and Instagram Handle (optional) at the venue before the game begins.
The game may start late due to technical reasons or other unforeseen delays. While we strive to inform participants in advance, The Hidden Hour cannot be held liable for such delays or for any rescheduling or cancellation due to operational issues.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded (subject to management discretion).
No refunds for:
No-shows
Late arrivals
Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours)
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen closures with supporting documents.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
4. Game Rules & Safety
Escape room experiences are designed for fun, teamwork, and mental challenge; physical force or vandalism is strictly prohibited.
Any damage to props, locks, or setups caused by negligence will be chargeable.
Management reserves the right to stop the game or refuse entry for misbehavior, intoxication, or violation of rules.
Whether or not extra time is given after the game is at the sole discretion of the store staff, depending on game schedule and availability.
5. Children & Age Restrictions
Minimum recommended age is 8 years, unless otherwise specified for a particular room.
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
Some games may contain intense themes or effects that are not suitable for younger players
6. Photography, Media & Promotions
Photos/videos may be taken during or after the game by our staff.
These may be used for:
Social media promotions
Print or digital advertising
Website content
If any participant does not wish to be photographed, they must inform the staff after the game ends.
7. Intellectual Property
All game content, room themes, puzzles, branding, logos, and promotional materials are the intellectual property of The Hidden Hour.
Any form of replication, recording, or sharing of game mechanics is strictly prohibited
8. Liability Disclaimer
The Hidden Hour takes necessary precautions for safety, but is not responsible for:
Personal injuries or discomfort caused during gameplay
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Reactions to game environments, lighting, or sound effects
Participants play at their own risk.
9. Discounts & Offers
Any discounts or promotional offers are at the discretion of the management.
Discounts may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi/NCR.
